It is mutually understood and agreed by and betwen the Parties that
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)¶
between
GROUP 6 and ITI G. MARCONI
This is an agreement between “Party A”, hereinafter called “GROUP 6” and “Party B”, hereinafter called “ITI G. MARCONI” collectively referred as “partners” on the project “Lezioni alla pari”, in Verona, Italy.
Purpose & Scope¶
The purpose of this MOU is to clearly identify the roles and responsibilities of each party as they relate to project “Lezioni alla pari” of 2019.
In particular, this MOU is intended to:

Establish the cost dedicated to the development of the project

Establish duty and responsibilities of each party

Establish the estimated time of the project support

Establish future implementations of the project

Increase the functionality of the site

Increase the gains from the project

Background¶
This is a project started in 2019 with the collaboration between Group 6 and ITI G. MARCONI in Verona, Italy. This project consists of creating and developing a lesson platform. Group 6 deals with the development of the project on the technical side while ITI G. MARCONI on the media and economic side. Group 6 is an independent development house founded in 2019. ITI G. MARCONI is a technical institute dedicated to technological development founded in 1976
Group 6 Responsibilities under this MOU¶
Group 6 shall undertake the following activities:

Development of the project

Maintenance of the project

Provide user support

Provide a secure processing of user data

Train the staff members
-
Maintain records on the progress of the project
ITI G. Marconi's Responsibilities under this MOU¶
ITI G. MARCONI shall undertake the following activities:

Promote the project

Maintenance of the social page of the project

Provide financial support
-
Management of economic agreements
-
Evaluate the progress of the project
-
Provide the statistical data
It is mutually understood and agreed by and betwen the Parties that¶

Modification or changes to the contract are only possible consent of both parties and that the party wishing to implement the change must notify the other party at least 48 hours in advance.

At the end of the contract the project remains the property of Group 6
-
Any problems inherent in the project involve all parties included in the agreement
Third Party Beneficiary Rights¶
The parties do not intend to create in any other individual or entity the status of a third-party beneficiary, and this MOU shall not be construed so as to create such status. The rights, duties and obligations contained in this MOU shall operate only between the parties to this MOU, and shall inure solely to the benefit of the parties to this MOU. The provisions of this MOU are intended only to assist the parties in determining and performing their obligations under this MOU. The parties to this MOU intend and expressly agree that only parties signatory to this MOU shall have any legal or equitable right to seek to enforce this MOU, to seek any remedy arising out of a party’s performance or failure to perform any term or condition of this MOU, or to bring an action for the breach of this MOU.
Funding¶
This MOU does not include the reimbursement of funds between the two parties.
Term of MOU¶
This MOU is effective upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties to this MOU and the governing bodies of the parties’ respective counties or municipalities and shall remain in full force and effect for not longer than 2 years. This MOU may be terminated, without cause, by either party upon 48 hours written notice, which notice shall be delivered by hand or by certified mail to the address listed above.
Parties A and B indicate agreement with this MOU by their signatures.
